WayCoolMail.com understands that direct mail marketing needs to be used responsibly, and so we have adopted a few guidelines:
- The designs of our mail pieces will always be straight-forward, creative, and professional -- never deceptive.
- We'll avoid the use of layouts and wording that looks too 'official' and makes the recipient think that they are obliged to respond.
- Never will we use made-up testimonials or fictional stories in mail piece designs.
- Our pieces will be predesigned for industries with legitimate business purposes only. Scammers: go elsewhere for your designs.
- We encourage recylcing of direct mail advertising through the DMA's Recycle Please program.
License Agreement
To protect ourselves and our customers, signing up for our service requires acceptance of our end user licenese agreement. We require you to read it entirely when registering, but we provide a summary of key points below, as well:
- The predesigned mail piece ideas you see here are painstakingly created and tested by WayCoolMail.com, by designing your mail piece here and using our ideas, you agree to order your printing and mailing through us and not to take it elsewhere.
- We aren't responsible for what you mail out. The offers we suggest are suggestions only. You're repsonsible for ensuring your mailing conforms to any local laws.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service.
- We have thousands of dollars worth of infrastructure in place to ensure our site is available to you 24/7, but if it's offline, you agree to be patient and not get too upset that you can't finish designing your mail piece.
